Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities: approximately 2–4 business days.
• Other cities and towns: approximately 3–7 business days.
• Remote areas: delivery may take longer depending on courier availability and local conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of peak-season demand, weather, public holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances outside PRAUXE's direct control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free-shipping promotions may be offered during selected campaigns or on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and courier details. Where available, tracking information can also be viewed through your account dashboard under My Orders.

5. Delivery Issues

• If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.
• Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where a second delivery attempt is required because of customer-provided information or availability.
• Please verify your shipping address and contact details before completing your order.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with established courier partners, delays may occasionally occur because of weather conditions, operational disruptions, regional restrictions, or other logistics issues. If your shipment appears significantly delayed or the tracking information stops updating, please contact our support team so we can assist with the shipment.

7. International Shipping

PRAUXE currently ships within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be subject to applicable delivery charges, duties, taxes, and destination-country requirements.
